Balinese massage therapy is an alternative technique that involves locating pressure points along the meridian lines.

According to ancient oriental teachings of healing, energy runs along these meridian lines.

The energy flow, or chi, is the life force of the body.

This therapy helps reduce stress, eliminates toxins, and releases soft tissue.

It’s good for poor circulation, low energy, and feelings of lethargy.

Experience the healing effects of Hot Stone Massage.

This is a deeply healing therapy using heated stones.

The hot stones are usually made of basalt, a type of rock that is rich in iron, so they retain heat.

River stones are also used because they are smooth and soothing.

The heat warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows for deeper therapeutic pressure.

The warmed stones glide across your body, improving circulation and calming the nervous system.

They assist in balancing the body’s energy when placed on the body’s energy centers. Revitalize your body and bring peace and tranquility to your mind and spirit.

Graston Technique® (GT) is a unique, evidence-based form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables me to effectively and efficiently address soft tissue lesions and fascial restrictions that result in improved outcomes. Graston Therapy uses specially designed stainless steel instruments with unique treatment edges and angles to provide an effective means of manual therapy. The use of Graston Therapy instruments, especially when combined with appropriate therapeutic exercise, leads to the restoration of pain-free movement and function.

The instruments may also be used diagnostically to assess what’s referred to as the ‘kinetic chain’ (the interrelated groups of body segments), in an efficient manner using the principles of ‘regional interdependence’, which is the concept that seemingly unrelated loss of function in a remote anatomical region may contribute to, or be associated with, a primary complaint.

Ear candling uses ear candles made of cotton or linen that are wound into a cone shape, soaked in wax, and then allowed to harden.

This hollow candle is inserted through a hole in a plate specially designed to collect wax, and placed into the external ear canal. The candle is lit at the opposite end.

This creates a low-level vacuum that draws ear wax and other debris out of the ear and into the hollow candle. After the candling, a dark, waxy substance is often left in the stub of the candle

Gua sha (Chinese: 刮痧; pinyin: guā shā), meaning “scraping sha-bruises“, is a traditional Chinese medical treatment in which the skin is scraped to produce light bruising.

Gua sha releases unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing.

Gua sha is sometimes referred to as “spooning” or “coining”.

Gua sha involves repeated pressured strokes over lubricated skin with a smooth edge.

A simple metal cap with a rounded edge is used.
